Well, it's a nice, light, fast webserver. It's pretty good, but I just kept finding it working against me. I gave it a bash for about a year.

I'd say it takes longer than that. The first thing you will notice is an overwhelming feling of, well, just feeling really awesome all the time. Sleeping better at night, staying awake better all day and a general good mood that you can't shake. I felt like that after a couple of weeks. I think once you're a few months in you'll notice changes but they will probably creep up on you. Expect legs to get bigger before the rest of you gets any smaller though :-/

I'm impressed, this is more of a hill than I thought it would be. Also you need a light, have a look for SSC P7 on eBay and you will find some relatively cheap, good and hugely bright lights. Word of warning though being chinese the quality is variable. Mine overheated and burned out in under a year, but a new diode is only £11 or so.

I am looking forward to March when I will have a very similar journey in Bristol!

It really did only take half an hour to do the journey, but as I said I went the wrong way a couple of times, which added a few minutes. When you factor in showering time at the other end, it's just has fast as getting the bus.

Think about other things that might have changed with your diet as a side effect - are you eating smaller portions, for example? Are you eating lighter meals? Anything like that could indicate generic IBS, which is likely what you'll get diagnosed with when your tests come back clean.

I've also had that biopsy, and it's unpleasant, but genuinely nothing to worry about. They'll drug you, not enough for you to pass out, but enough for you to be less aware of whats going on and to not have much memory of it afterwards.

If it's been making you feel better, then carry on avoiding wheat I'd say until you know whats actually going on.
